Had been providing good services for me for 15 years. Last visit with him, he said that he had provided a prescription necessary for me, but in fact did not do so and yet intentionally left me with the impression that he had.

Great doctor but every time I have an appointment with him, I have to wait an hour and a half, which is not ethically reasonable

I have been seeing Daniel Caruso for testosterone therapy every 6 months for over 2 years. My last appointment he mentioned that he was no longer doing testosterone therapy and that I would have to continue with another doctor and that he would refill my prescription to give me time to see another doctor. He never refilled my prescription even after telling me he would and several calls to the office. I wouldn't recommend a doctor that doesn't have a problem lying to your face..

Excellent not finished for me, have not been able to watch how I progress also spent all day in Cleveland Clinic hospital recovering from other issues so I need to get any information missed out. Need to continue on
