Dr.Caruso is a very compassionate Doctor and speaks to you with respect and compassion. As far as the Staff front office ladies and very nice and polite, but the Nursing staff ( Rosie) is very rude, non compassionate, demanding, has no understanding of pain or caring towards patients.

Dr Besharat is efficient and to the point. I find his description and explanation of my personal issue to be understandable and respectful of my level of understanding. That’s what I look for in a provider. His referrals for diagnostics occur effortlessly which is not always the case with other specialists.

Even though there’s often a long wait time, Dr. Caruso always has the patient’s best interests at heart. He is a caring and skilled physician and I’ve benefited from his care for nearly 17 years.

Dr Beshara is ok. Initial visit went well. And we decided on in office treatment.
This is when the disaster starts.
The office is totally incompetent and could care less about the customer. They don’t answer phone calls, if you leave messages they never return calls. The staff do not communicate with each other. Do not call you in advance if schedule changes.
Very, very poor reflection on both of the good Dr’s and a black eye for Tampa General.
I do not recommend.

Had been providing good services for me for 15 years. Last visit with him, he said that he had provided a prescription necessary for me, but in fact did not do so and yet intentionally left me with the impression that he had.

Great doctor but every time I have an appointment with him, I have to wait an hour and a half, which is not ethically reasonable
