over all i have been happy with my care over the past few years . a few minor problems but today really ticked me off. i have been cared for by them for a few years now and overall care has been good.. but today i have a problem, i have whatt my neurologist called minor brain damage from radiation, to him it is minor, compared to what he deals wirth everyday, it is minor but to me it is a real problem and has made a big change in my life. i am forgetful and i lose things a lot. so because of that i have always had to get about 4 ectra cathator plugs aywear from my urologist up to now they have been given to me by my urologist but today i was informed that no more plugs will be given to any patienrts, . this is aproble,m for me. today idid not wear aleg back to my cath change and jsut wore the cath, they kelpt the one plug thati had left, so now i am wearing the leg bacbag at home. i was planning on going to the gym tonight but i can't just ewear my cath, because i don't have aplug and the leg bags shows at teh gym and it offends some people. it i buy the plugs at amazon it cost me $1.59 each , i don't know about shipping. i just don't under stand why ocenside can't just sell us plugs at a dollar each, avccording to the nopt so reliable intermnet doctor buty in bulk for about .69 cent s each, we can't buy in thay kind of bulk. sowhat goceansicde is fdoing is causeing me a big problem and it really ticks me off. i am not going to chage urologist because the care i am getting is the best ai and don't ewant to go back to what i had before.

I feel doctor Caruso is a very good urologist but I’m having trouble communicating with him and his assistant. I’m hoping this can be resolved so that we can have a good doctor patient relationship.
