Dr. Caruso is an excellent and caring physician and very thorough in his medical practice. Explanations of one’s medical issues are made simple.
The front office could be a bit more cordial.

Dr Caruso is not only a very qualified and certified Urologist, he is a very good listener. He will patiently listen to any questions or concerns and address each one to whatever level of detail you choose to carry the discussion to. I’m not only healthier because of Dr Caruso, I’m also better informed !

I have been seeing Dr. Besharat for over 20 years. He is very thorough when I go for my annual checkups and keeps my Urology issues I have with growing older from getting out of hand and not causing me a problem!!!
I recommend him very highly.

Terrible office & appointment customer service. The AI of customer service & support technology very cumbersome & NOT patient friendly . I complained & Doctor got upset & referred me to other doctors. Sorry it happened & won’t be back.
If the office communication with patients is poor, what does that impact confidence in the medical confidence?

I was rudely treated by one staff person and then left waiting for 1 hr in the room no one came to ck my vitals or to update me,also the results of my urine sample where not given to me and thanks to Rocio that help me I was able to obtain the result. Not at all a good experience!

I became a new patient of Doctor Caruso.
Doctor Caruso was professional yet compassionate. He took the time to explain a recent MRI and discussed next steps.
He spend time with myself and my wife, didn’t rush us out of the office.
He listened to our concerns with respect and answered our questions completely.
His office staff is professional and efficient.
Becoming a patient of his was worth the wait.
Great decision on our part.

I've been with Dr Caruso for fifteen plus years and he's kept my plumbing humming all this time. He did my bladder operation ten years ago and put me on two medications. Since then I take them just before bed with sixteen ounce bottle off water !!!. Five out of seven day's I sleep through the night and the other two nights I'm up once. And I'm 77 years old. A couple of my friends and several of the residents in the retirement resort I work for are now his patients. I give him all five gold stars and would give him ten if I could. He is also a great listener and gives you all the time you need for Q&A.

Dr. Besharat is very personable and takes the time to listen to you. I felt very comfortable during my visit with him and left the office feeling very lucky to have him as my urologist. Overall it was a good experience and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you
